well, not too long actually. those women are like machines, really good at it. hurts a little but not as much as you'd think. the first two pics are of my first experiment with corn-rows. the last two are what i came back to india with (which made for some fun travelling, especially the week or so I was in delhi). the wild hair from last time is what you get when you finally open it all after 15-20 days, or longer - basically as long as you can stand the itching - which i found out goes away as your scalp goes numb after a point. and the short hair is what i have now. that answer all your q's?
